🔄 Return & Refund Policy – Afedax

At Afedax, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

❗ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email that we have received your item
  • You will also be informed if your refund is approved or rejected

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • A credit will be applied to your original payment method

⏱ Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card provider
  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)

🏷 Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged

🎁 Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you will receive a store credit once the return is processed
  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original buyer

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted

💡 For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
